Refund policy

All Malaika products are produced in small batches with care. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or preference.

Returns are only accepted if the item received is defective or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued for the product value only, after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Store Credit

In special circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used on future purchases.

Product Images

Some product images may be styled or enhanced for presentation. Variations in screen display, lighting, or photography are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return.
