All orders are currently shipping domestically from within Japan 🇯🇵
All Malaika pieces are handmade in Nairobi, Kenya.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Japan Post to ensure reliable domestic delivery within Japan.
Depending on the size and thickness of the order, shipments may be sent using different Japan Post services.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free tracked shipping across Japan 🤍
Because orders are shipped domestically from within Japan, no customs duties or import taxes will apply.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that orders are not typically dispatched on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Processing times may occasionally be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, deliveries within Japan generally arrive within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination region, weather conditions, and local postal operations.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a Japan Post tracking link and tracking number.
Shipment status can be monitored via the Japan Post website.
Delivery & Receipt
Some orders may be delivered directly to your mailbox depending on the shipment type and package size.
If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect address information, we may be unable to offer a refund or reshipment.
Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed, but we may be able to assist if contacted prior to dispatch.
